Bucksport man dies in motorcycle crash

BUCKSPORT, Maine '€” Officers were still working Monday afternoon to try to determine what caused a motorcycle accident that killed a local man Sunday evening, according to the police chief. Coleman was not wearing a helmet when his motorcycle went off Millvale Road around 6:30 p.m. The man who died in the accident is Nathaniel Coleman, 41, of Bucksport, police Chief Sean Geaghan said Monday. Millvale Road curves slightly to the left, he said, and Coleman'€™s motorcycle went off the road to the right, going into a ditch and then across a driveway. The police chief said Coleman was driving a 1998 Harley-Davidson north on Millvale Road when the accident occurred at the intersection with Jacob Buck Pond Road.
