Authorities received a call shortly before 1 a.m. on reports of a traffic collision near Wilmington Avenue on the freeway. When officers arrived, three men in their 20s and 30s were pronounced dead at the scene.

The female pedestrian was the driver of the Prius, Yarbrough said. The Camry struck two of the men and then struck one of the disabled vehicles, and the impact led to the death of the third man, the CHP reported.
