Teen killed in car-pedestrian crash in Otsego County
An investigation found that Edward McKinley III, 15, of Unadilla, was walking with another person on the westbound shoulder of Main Street when he was struck by a 2003 Hyundai Santa-Fe that was also traveling westbound. Police say the accident occurred on a dark roadway near the shoulder.
