Driver Faces Charges in Deadly Modesto Crash

A spokeswoman with the Modesto Police Department said for unknown reasons, Cardenas was speeding northbound on Tully Road. He rammed into a car further south on Tully Road twice. Then he sped off, crashing into the Lexus, which was stopped at a red light.

A 67-year-old Modesto man arrested after a fatal crash at Tully and Rumble roads Wednesday morning died in custody during the night at the Stanislaus County Jail.

What i really think about this whole situation here is that Lupe Cardenas intentionally murdered the other driver he states in his own words. He deserves to burn in hell.

Yeah..i believe it he deliberately killed an innocent person. He is already burning in hell. He's not with God because Godly people do not kill they are loving..

The family of Lupe Cardenas states he was on Medications. & that he's a schitzo his family better have real proof. Because personally if he was he wouldn't have been behind the wheel they have no driving privliges to be driving first of all . So why in the hell did his family let him get behind the wheel..dumb asses..
