For those that knew Phil,
For those that knew Phil, knew that he was a funny, man that loved his Daughters 1st ; and then sports and music. He did not deserve to be left in his vehicle to parish. I am so angry w/the young ppl that caused his death as he should still be here. 46 is way too young to taken from his children. I keep his Daughters, his Big Brother John, his Big Sister and everyone in prayer. R.I.L. Phil....
