State troopers looking for driver in fatal hit-and-run crash
Emergency crews responded to reports of a man laying in the median around 4 a.m. near milepost 269. They found the man dead at the scene when crews arrived to a very foggy scene, said Oregon State Police Capt. Bill Fugate, spokesman.
