Coroner identifies Upstate man fatally struck by car
Calvin Burgess died after he was struck by a vehicle on Woodruff Road, according to a report from the coroner's office. Burgess was being pushed in his wheel chair by another man who was also struck by the vehicle, according to Troopers.
