Man Charged with Vehicular Homicide in Fatal Accident

Bailey failed to stop at the stop sign and hit the other vehicle coming through the intersection. The failure to stop resulted in the fatality.

FHP: Driver in fatal crash driving recklessly, witnesses said

The collision at the intersection of Beach Drive and Upas Street sent the Mercedes-Benz convertible containing 31-year-old Tara Marie Ashley careening about 50 feet before coming to a halt. Shaun Michael Gaiser, the driver of the convertible, said he thought the Chevy S-10 truck that hit them was going about 15 mph over the posted speed limit of 25 but did not see it until the crash Saturday at about 4 p.m., FHP reported.
A Panama City Beach woman is dead and a man is charged with vehicular homicide after a car accident Saturday afternoon in Panama City Beach. 23-year-old Adam Bailey was driving westbound on Beach Dr., approaching the intersection with Upas St, failed to stop at the stop sign, and hit another vehicle coming through the intersection, resulting in the fatality. Bailey was arrested on scene and charged.

Adam Brian Bailey will be sentenced to prison tomorrow 4-8-2015 at 130pm for killing Tara Marie Ashley.

She was a best girlfriend of mine . I hope he rots in jail

I hope you never have to live thru.something like this. The effects its had on our family are catastrophic. That's my brother your talking about.

Remember everyone makes mistakes and he has to live with this for the rest of his life. He's a good kid that made a horrible mistake, but he too has family and friends that love him. I continually pray for Tara's family and friends as well.

You don't hope my brother rots in jail over a mistake, an accident, I'm sorry her life was taken, but he's a good person. Screw you.

But you didn't lose him forever the world lost a beautiful person in side and out forever never to be seen, hear from, or touched again.... You can at lest go visit him and talk to him on the phone....there's no phone line to heaven. She was on of the few growing up that was nice to me even tho I was different and never treated me any different then the rest always had a good heart. Everyone she came into contact with she has left her good mark on them. Rest in peace old friend everyone misses you Tara
