Bad road lighting might be a factor in a fatal pedestrian collision that occurred Monday on E. Skelly at approximately 9 p.m. when a 17-year-old driver collided with a young couple. The couple were both wearing dark clothes, and authorities say the lights were not working. Shane Simms, 25, was hit by the vehicle, but his companion was not injured.
