Boy, 7, Dies after Bicycle Crash

No tickets have been issued to the woman driving the car. The accident is still under investigation.
It happened in near 1300 East Road and East 2100 North Road in the Town of Rowe. Blake Seifers reportedly left a private driveway and was struck by a Ford Fusion heading westbound. Seifer was transported by ambulance to OSF Saint James Hospital in Pontiac and was then flown by Lifeflight to Children's Hospital of Illinois in Peoria. The Peoria County Coroner says Seifer died from multiple blunt force injuries on Monday. No tickets have been issued to the woman driving the car. The accident is still under investigation.

IS this investigation ongoing?  Why was no citation issues?why were no charges filed?  this is a CHILD that was killed and deserves justice.  why has nothign been done?
