South Cobb High School student struck by car dies
Around 9:15 a.m., 16-year-old Isaiah Dean and another South Cobb High School student attempted to cross from the school to the other side of Austell Road.
Police say Dean was hit by a white 2000 Plymouth Neon driving north and was taken to Wellstar South Cobb Hospital and then transferred to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.
