Mon, 04/08/2013A White Swan man was killed Tuesday night when the car he was driving hit an unoccupied vehicle in the parking lot of the White Swan Trading Post, the Washington State Patrol reported. Nicholas Starr, 34, died at the scene, in the 100 block of Birch Avenue in White Swan, troopers said.
