Halfway Creek Road

The two people who died in a car collision in Awendaw on Wednesday have been identified as Brian Morgan Owen Jr., 32, of Mount Pleasant, and Elijah Cromedy, 58, of Huger. Both men were pronounced deceased at the site. Officials says Owen was driving west on Halfway Creek Road at 2:20 p.m.
