An Albuquerque man was killed on Wednesday afternoon after his Ford Ranger had a tire blow-out and rolled over on Interstate 25 near the Santa Fe Downs race track. The Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office identified the driver, and only occupant of the vehicle, as Javier De-Larosa, 48.

Authorities have released the name of a bicyclist who was killed in a hit-and-run crash near Windsor.
