Louisiana Highway 3087

Jonathan Young, 20, was killed late Tuesday afternoon while attempting to cross the westboand lanes of Louisiana Highway 3087 on his bicycle. He was struck by a 2001 Ford truck, whose driver fled the scene and remains at large.
