Mills Street and Dewey Avenue

50-year-old Leonard Harris was twice on Friday night, and while the first car stopped, the second one fled the scene. The driver of that second vehicle is facing charges.  Friday night on Mills Street, Harris was hit walking at approximately 10:30 p.m.
