Tue, 01/13/2015A young woman and two children were killed in a head-on crash in Stephens County Tuesday. Britanie Raschell Welty, 28, of Loco, was pronounced deceased at the site of the crash which occurred at 4:15 p.m. on Pinto Road northeast of Healdton.
