Routes 1 and 9 North near Duncan Avenue

A woman was killed in an apparent hit and run accident in Jersey City Thursday evening. At around 6:45 p.m., a Hudson County Sheriff's Prisoner Transport Bus was on its way back to headquarters after dropping prisoners off at the Correctional Facility.
