Sat, 08/30/2014A Manning woman who was involved in a fatal crash Saturday night was charged with felony DUI, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol. The driver of the vehicle, 34-year-old Maurelio Deleon, died and a passenger was transported to a hospital. The passenger's condition is not known.
