The man accused of being drunk when he caused the collision that killed 21-year-old Chelsey Northrup pled guilty in the Washtenaw County Trial Court Thursday. Garrett Roe, 36, from Dexter, admitted he'd been drinking alcohol before driving his pick-up truck.
