Southwest Springwood Drive near the Englewood Park trail

The public's help is sought in dentifying a hit-and-run suspect who hit 86-year-old Eleanor Hartwig while she was on a walk on Sunday, Aug. 31 at around 12:30 p.m., according to Tigard police spokesman Jim Wolf.
