U.S. 281

The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office has identified Eunice Querner, 87, as the woman who died Thursday in a North Side crash.

Querner died at the scene of a four-car accident at about 2:30 p.m. on the interchange between U.S. 281 northbound and Loop 410 westbound.

A pedestrian was struck and killed at U.S. 281 and Mogford Road shortly after 9 p.m. Friday.
Bexar County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene.

Two tractor-trailers and a pickup are involved in an injury crash on U.S. 281 at County Road 1240 in Grady County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports. Emergency workers have responded to the scene to assist with traffic control in the dense fog, the patrol reports.

The driver of a vehicle crammed with 14 passengers believed to be undocumented immigrants could face murder charges after he crashed into a tree, killing five of them, while evading Falfurrias police, the police chief said Monday.
