US 60 at S. Street

A little after 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, a vehicle driven by Alexander Bailey, 21, failed to stop at a stop sign while traveling on US 60 at S. Street in Kay County, OK. A vehicle driven by Timothy Rutledge, 41, collided into the passenger side of Bailey's car.
