Etowah County authorities have identified the third victim of a traffic accident this morning in Attalla that killed three.

Etowah County Deputy Coroner Michael Head said three people died as a result of a wreck on Alabama 77 in Attalla this morning.

The accident occurred in front of Wendy's near the Walmart Supercenter at 7:26 a.m. today.
Head said multiple witnesses saw a Toyota Camry traveling north on Alabama 77 veer into the southbound lane for reasons that are unclear. Traveling south was an 18-wheel truck carrying a mobile home. The car struck the underside of the mobile home, sheering the top of the car.
Head said Paul Pratt, 58, and Sherry Pratt, 59, both of Attalla, were killed at the scene. A male child in the car, later identified as Corbin Swann, 5, was taken to a local hospital where he died.
