Birmingham couple killed in head-on collision in Blount County

James Sims was driving a 2005 Dodge Dakota that collided head on with a 2002 Cadillac Seville driven by Jacob Chase Doyle, 21, of Hayden. Doyle was airlifted to UAB Hospital.

Let's be sure we get this correct! The Dodge Dakota did not hit the Cadillac. The Cadillac hit the Dodge... Killing both passengers. Alcohol involvement.

He was drunk and is still not arrested. He needs to rot in jail. It is murder
