Trooper Kevin Cook says Ray Catherine Pinkney, 65 of Tallahassee, Fla., was killed when the 2000 Ford Explorer she was a passenger in left the roadway and overturned. Pinkney, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to a local hospital. She was pronounced dead at 8 p.m.
