DPS: 1 dead in 10-vehicle crash; I-17 S. closed
The Department of Public Safety reports that 10 vehicles are involved, with a fatality. Troopers are trying to clear one lane.

According to Strauss, three patients were transported to Level One trauma centers and two were transported to Verde Valley Medical Center. Southbound traffic was routed to Lake Mary Road and then to State Route 87.
