Man killed in ATV accident on a forest road in rural Gila County.

Authorities in Gila County say an ATV driver lost his life in a tragic accident overnight. The Gila County Sheriff's Officer said, based on their initial investigation, a single rider on an ATV was heading south on Forest Road 3099 and was attempting to get back on Forest Road 64 when he lost control of the ATV sometime Wednesday night or early Thursday morning. The victim was found dead under the ATV. The victim's name has not been released at this time.
