Girl airlifted to hospital after being struck by vehicle in Peoria

Neither impairment nor speed is suspected as a factor in the crash, Peoria Police Officer Brandon Sheffert said.

Police do not believe the girl was wearing a helmet, and the car’s driver stayed on the scene after the crash.
