Teen girl fighting for life, 3 more hurt in Peoria car wreck
He said the girl with the life-threatening injuries was transported by ground ambulance, as was another teen girl with serious injuries.
A third teenage girl was air-lifted from the scene to Phoenix Children's Hospital. The Penguin Air and Plumbing News Chopper was there when the medical helicopter landed at PCH and the medical team did what is called a "cold offload," which means they did not approach the chopper until the rotors had completely stopped.
