Three people have been injured, including a toddler, after a chain-reaction wreck in west Phoenix.
Phoenix fire officials said the five-vehicle collision happened about 9:30 a.m. Thursday at 29th Avenue and McDowell.
A 20-year-old man and his 1-year-old son in a pickup truck were seriously injured.
Firefighters said the boy was properly strapped into a car seat in the truck's back seat and they say the car seat saved the boy's life.
