Fatal rollover on I-17 caused 9-mile traffic backup Friday afternoon
The accident happened on I-17 northbound between New River and Black Canyon City around 2:30 p.m. on Friday. That's near milepost 238.
A vehicle towing a trailer rolled over on the freeway, and the driver died at the scene.
