Motorcyclist killed in crash with truck
Phoenix police officers responded to the collision just before 5 p.m. Tuesday. Witnesses reported that the truck was negotiating a turn when the motorcycle hit the side of it, according to Sgt. Mercedes Fortune.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. He has been identified only as an adult male.
Fortune said the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and was cooperating with officers.
