Suicidal man caused fatal crash; victim's friends speak out
This police report says as Keith Johnson drove west on Peoria over railroad tracks. He decided to keep on going through the light at Litchfield Road and cause an accident. He wanted to cause an accident to kill himself, only he ended up killing someone else.
