A motorcycle rider involved in a rush-hour wreck in March died from his injuries.

About 4:15 p.m. March 31, Johnson was passing a vehicle on Interstate 10 near Miracle Mile when he collided with the rig, according to the release.
Ethan Johnson attempted to pass another vehicle near I-10 and Grant Road but lost control of his motorcycle, and then crashed. He was thrown from his bike in the accident and was reportedly not wearing a helmet. He sustained serious injuries and died about two weeks later.
