Bicyclist hospitalized after hit-and-run in Arkansas, police say
The car, possibly a Volkswagen Beetle, then struck Price and left the scene.
Price was taken to a local hospital with a concussion and a broken scapula along with other injuries, police said.
The release states that the vehicle involved may have damage to its passenger side panels, mirror and windshield.
