The NLRPD says the driver caused a hit and run accident at 5th and Main St. just before this accident. Police say he drove off after that accident, and that's when he hit the bicyclist.

Police have not released any additional information about Ricky, nor have they released the identity of the pickup truck driver who caused the accident in which he was killed as well.
