Mitchell, 19, of Camden, was driving a Ford Mustang north of U.S. 79 when she lost control, ran off the road, overturned, and struck a tree.

Cynthia Simmons, 61, of Blytheville was killed in the accident on Interstate 55 at the 67 mile marker just after 4:30 a.m. Latonya Harvey of Blytheville lost control on ice while trying to stop on a bridge.
