Just before midnight on Friday, 52-year-old Juan Jose Lugo and 64-year-old Alberto Verduzco left the Tachi Palace Casino Resort. Minutes later, they were hit and killed in a tragic crash on Jersey Avenue, West of 17th Avenue.
