An investigation is underway into a deadly crash between a semi truck and a car. The crash happed around midnight Houston Avenue between Ben Maddox Way and Cain Street in Visalia.
Police identify victim in fatal crash
The driver, Michael James Stevens, 22 of Visalia, was headed west on Houston and crossed into the eastbound lane. He died on impact and had to be removed from the car by Visalia firefighters, Sgt. Mark Feller said.
