A man was struck and killed while crossing a Visalia street and police are looking for a pickup truck believed to be involved in the hit and run collision.
Family: Suspect in Visalia hit-and-run case is brother-in-law of victim
Last Thursday morning, police say Flores drove away from the scene after plowing into 60-year-old Francisco Mayorga, killing him. Family members say he was crossing Walnut Avenue with a walker. They also say Mayorga and Flores were family-brothers-in-law.
