Urquia was the driver and his passenger was a 20-year-old woman also from Long Beach. Her name was not released pending notification of next of kin.
The driver of the other car, suspected of driving under the influence, was hospitalized in stable condition, police said.

The victims, 30-year-old Brian Urquia and 28-year-old Rosanna Williams, were identified Friday by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office. A GoFundMe page set up by Abel Urquia, Brian’s father, has raised $11,890 of its $10,000 goal as of 4 p.m. Friday.
