Kevin Chris Dahl was arrested on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter and DUI. His bail was set at $100,000, police said. Dahl was later released on bond at 7:12 a.m. Sunday, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department inmate records.
