Video surveillance captured the man’s image, which the LAPD released to the public. He was estimated by police to be 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 150 to 160 pounds. The barefoot man was seen wearing black pants and a blue hoodie on surveillance video and then he was seen wearing no shirt.

Police described the suspect as a Black male standing 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing about 150 to 160 pounds. He was last seen black pants and was barefoot. He may also have injuries to his head from hitting the windshield during the second collision.
