An initial report from the California Highway Patrol indicated that a Dodge Charger was going southbound in the northbound lanes near Exposition Boulevard. A head-on crash was reported at 3:14 a.m., and occupants in a Metro bus reported a black sedan traveling southbound in the northbound carpool lane.
