One Killed After Car Plows Into Building In Monterey Park

The car carrying two people overturned and careened into a building which houses a spa, which was closed at the time. 

Authorities ID Man Killed in Monterey Park Crash

Damian Cazares, 18, of Bloomington in San Bernardino County, died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
