Officers arrived to find a 2018 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck down an embankment with a tree with the roots completely exposed on top of it.

As of 2:30 p.m., the vehicle had not been recovered and the roadway was closed. CHP reported that it would take 8-10 hours for PG&E to fix a damaged power pole.
