Officers believe Flores was under the influence of drugs or alcohol when the collision occurred. Flores was traveling in the wrong direction on San Miguel Canyon Road in a brown Chevy Malibu. She collided head on with a white Chevy HHR that was carrying four women, their ages are unknown at this time.
