35-year-old man struck and killed at the intersection of Clinton Street and Westminster Avenue in Garden Grove, California

During a preliminary investigation of the crash, investigators learned the pedestrian was crossing from the north curb to the south curb of Westminster, out of the crosswalk when he was struck by a vehicle, Wimmer said.
