Suspected Drunken Driver in Perris Crash That Killed Two is Out of Custody
Jesus Monge Gutierrez was arrested Friday night on suspicion of DUI gross vehicular manslaughter, DUI resulting in death and DUI resulting in great bodily injury. Gutierrez posted bail over the weekend and was released from the Robert Presley Jail in Riverside.
